Monthly Mindful Practice

Life has a habit of getting in the way of our best intentions, and despite our best efforts, it can be difficult to maintain good habits. 

 

I have therefore created these monthly mindful meet-ups as a space to support ongoing mindfulness practice as part of a community. After all, these practices originally came out of communities.

 

The sessions will be a mix of guided sitting practices and mindful movement practices lasting 20- 30 minutes, and they will be delivered live online via zoom.

 

They are open to anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness as a beginner or deepen and sustain their practice as part of a community.
