Dr Molefi is a highly experienced GP with a specialist interest in women’s health and mental wellbeing.
With her background in wellness coaching and mindfulness teaching, she brings an integrated approach to her clinical and coaching practice.
She embarked on her mindfulness journey more than ten years ago to gain better strategies to deal with stress and life’s usual travails. Following an 8 week MBSR course, a seed was planted, and this led to her training to become a mindfulness teacher. The Mindful GP was borne out of her deep desire to help and support other with their mental wellbeing.
As a mum of two young adults, she is also all too aware of the challenges that young people face with their mental health these days.
She teaches and supports fellow healthcare professionals on the merits of nurturing their own self-care and wellbeing. She also provides mindfulness courses for members of the public.
Dr Molefi is an accomplished international speaker and advocate for increased mental health awareness in the workplace.
